Such a terrible thing; I was unaware of this disorder – mine is the chronic inability to key down and fall asleep. It now seems minor and insignificant when compared to this.

You poor thing – I used to have a recurring, terrible nightmare when I was young and I understand how you must dread going to bed when your symptoms are active.

When I stopped taking anti-depressants, I sufferred from what they call ‘brain shivers’ – hard to explain but very nasty. This sounds much worse – and I absolutely feel for you!

I have a friend who works as a translator for some large manufacturing firms in Taiwan. He submits his translations into ‘English as we speak it’ but often gets told his translations aren’t right and they who know better change it all back to Chinglish!! Now, that’s why all those instructions books often don’t make sense!!

I imagine that there are people who would try and curl up on the floor on airplanes. But I’m surprised that they need to a sign to warn them not to do it – surely that’s what cabin staff are for?
